On Tranceaddict, shity music is shitty. We don't live in some childish wonderland where cheesy generic garbage like Dash Berlin is TOP 100 DJ
AKA Trance.nu. I saw a thread on their new site where they were complaining about how we were all assholes and didn't like their bullshit pop trance.

Not surprising mr. psychedelic professor.
Its also hilarious how LITTLE a range trance they listen to, yet they think they are (were) the defining trance forum. They are a living breathing example of the mass stagnation in popular trance music, lopping right up overhyped garbage from their favorite DJ god.
Thankfully, trance addict is not stuck in a similar wonderland.

I should have used autoplay then (But Montana wouldn't really like that, so I don't)
I don't know anything about Jorn, because I don't give a shit who makes or remixes a track. Best thing about aliases I think. Just found out who made Amsterdance - You gotta feel (1997), says enough I guess.

Well he had a remix that was in all the top 10 dj's compiliations, Ramsterdam. Basically it was ripped off a Flashover 2007 track.

I guess I'm one of the few who don't care at all. If I like it I like it regardless if it's stolen, remixed or copied.
Remember Milli Vanilli? I didn't care they playbacked.

If you permit this kind of thing going on, then you also must be ok with creativity disappearing from trance.

Don't care also, as IMO about everything already has been done or tried. From a technical point of view nothing new has been introduced lately. Some details, nice melodies, nice synths or combinations to me are good enough.
Even after something like 17 years I still love trance, even todays trance. I don't have a need for new things in trance any more. Some use of old stuff would be nice in current trance.
