1) A reverse swoosh should preceed break one
2) It gets a bit repetetive so to develop more of a jounrey I personaly would want to use filters to have sections with that underwater hard closed feel - I know it's all been done before but for me this track cries out fro those sections to give contrast
3) It's feeling too long. I find different tracks have a natural legnth which suits them and this one FOR me should be about 6 mins
4) Again my taste, but a lot more swooshes etc would add to the sense of anticipation throughout. Don't rush them or they will not sound pro.
Otherwise this is a good piece of work with a distinct personality. |
1. Thanks man, I'll see about using the some more builds and sweeps during the track.
2. The entrance to the break does have that sort of "underwater" low pass sound on it, I can see what I can do, maybe during the second break after the crash symbol it could build in with a filter.
3. I certainly don't feel that way, I agree about tracks having certain lengths that work for them but I genuinely feel like every part I have in this track is necessary, you know?
4. Is the same answer as one
Thanks dude
