how fucking stupid is the year awards thing... for the last 5 years at least i win all 3, but can't win the grand prize, despite every game going to hall of fame and selling at least a million in a week... just did one that sold 14 Mill....

I couldn't win Game of the Year either, but then some random game I made with a rating of 37 won it. It wasn't even my best selling game so I don't know how that happened. And then after winning it the first time they gave it to me the next two years for games with ratings of 37-39.

I've yet to make a game with a rating of 40, but my top selling game sold 51 million copies on the Harpo Drive.

At year 29 you can hire a chimpanzee which is a software engineer, and then you can make a console (they never go off the market). Right now my console has a userbase of 20,000k but the games on it only sell 30-40 million. You can't license out other companies to develop for you console.
