Just stick a live acts on the bill... EDM needs more of these anyway.

Plus, I am completely certain that drunk people sing all the time. If you put just one of them on the bill, you have a live show. Unless the state of California would like to attempt a ruling on what is, and what isn't, a 'live performance'.
