Apparently they're becoming so liberal they're folding back onto themselves and coming out conservative. Or maybe they're just aging.

Meanwhile a concert goer committed suicide during the concert on Aug 21st, 2010. California should ban concerts because they promote suicidal tendencies.

But IMO how the hell can this bill be passed. "The bill makes it illegal to hold an event containing more than 3 1/2 hours of pre-recorded music during the course of a night" Please correct me if I'm wrong, but does this mean there will no longer be nightclubs or bars?

Plus, I am completely certain that drunk people sing all the time. If you put just one of them on the bill, you have a live show. Unless the state of California would like to attempt a ruling on what is, and what isn't, a 'live performance'.
