It is up to you but I was going to make a suggestion.
Since the Dance With Jenna event starts at 9 p.m. and we finally have a venue, you guys can consider eating at the venue since it is a pub. Once the eating is done, you can just come to the basement for the Event.
It is Duggan's Brewery at 75 Victoria St. So maybe even if you find a place close to there, we can meet for dinner.
I know that probably people want to do many things in the night so it's just a suggestion.
We can definitely do a roll call but we have to follow the rules and wait until a week before, right?

So Everyone down for maybe meeting up before hand at Duggan's Brewery at 75 Victoria St for dinner above the event? Someone Maybe incorporate it into the Dance With Jenna roll call? 7:30pm? I don't know what the place is, or if we need reservations etc.

yes, you will need reservations. like today.
we will be there early since we have to set up. so hopefully see you guys there.

Duggan's is a pub right in the centre of downtown. On Victoria St. They serve pub food and beer. The beer is made on site actually. From what I gather, they have each brew numbered.
