First of all, it's bad karma, second, think of 2 kids, they have somewhat normal life now, if you rat him out, it's gonna be nightmare for a next few years for them and his wife.

Just put yourself in place of his wife.
If anything, maybe she knows, but still prefers to not confront him about it.
