Here's a radio rip of the guy who made the offer talking about it. If you're too lazy to listen, he talks about how he thinks he's an idiot and originally thought he was a joke. The offer was that if he could bring in a certain amount of people, he'd pay him 5000$, but if he couldn't then HighaLevel would have to pay 5000$. It's clear that it was done in a way where the nightclub manager is just calling this guy out on his bullshit.
