Most likely you where bullied, neglected as a child or work/social life has brought on this need.
The track is nothing like what you describe, its not a classical piece wtf u expecting? Maybe EDM is so below you, that you should not even be on this forum.
Richard i enjoyed your previous versions, sounded alot cleaner.
i've complemented a few on here. Rarely but it happens. Trust me, I would much rather be inspired than listen to depressing stuff like this. There is actual constructive feedback there when i'm not expressing how this track just made me depressed. It is really hard to listen to bad music. I wish people would blow my mind. But this is so lazy in every manner. I think I was the only honest person here.
And Richard, it is nothing personal, you've just sucked from day 1, It actually annoys me because i like you as a person but you are just an awful musician/producer and that is hard for me to deal with. I want to say nice things, I can't. I cannot say one positive thing about your track. And i get no satisfaction out of pointing this out, It actually makes me angry. But i will never tell a lie. You want feedback, you are going to get it.
To alfi, i posted that track to show how similar Richard's is in terms of like overall aesthetic. They were doing that in 2000. Why do it now ? its been done. Move on. And I've been listening to every genre and style of music including dance and probably have a better grasp of every single genre . the artists that pioneered it up to 2012.

Yes I think I suck to, but it's no reason to give up, not in my book anyway. I almost never play my stuff to freinds because so far it isn't up to par.
Thats the very reason I ask for feedback as it helps me improve. Perhaps once I'm satisfied I won't need as much feedback, until then the fight goes on. If I never get there, fine, it's been a great ride.
sorry to tell but i think you've fucked up the track, the plucks you have introduced are annoying and add very little to the track, keep it to simple lines and a short melody at the breakdown should be enough.
The vocal stems you have used are ok.

Re- worked much of it after a rest. Pretty pleased meself, although not sure about my warbling in the break
Ohhh yes, my sort of thing. Good stuff, really love the vocals.
My only criticism is not really clear even to me- the break sounds somewhat too hard, maybe not fluid enough? I don't know, leaves me kind of empty, unoptimistic for the rest of the track.
Really nice work, high grade stuff.

hmmm... I dunno weather the main break fits with the rest of the track now. I mean it sounds good but out of place, maybe more suited for a prog house break rather than a dark techno stomper, but this may just be a taste/expectation issue for me. I guess being different can be a good thing too so if you're happy with it, leave it.
breakdown is a bit meh, forced. There are some cool things like the panned perc and the bassline/kick combination still works. Vocals in the breakdown don't fit very much i'd make it darker.

Richard, I will give you 7 out of 10 just because of this break part which for me is a bit disconnected from the rest of the track (this melodic theme from this break is some how familiar my friend lol but not matching anything else on your production - sorry mate).
If you would carry over your break this heavy Industrial sound I will definitely give you more points lol (perhaps 9 of 10 )
Cheers mate,
Darek

only listening at work so i cant comment on technical side of things but digging the feel of the main sections outside of the break, which definitely does feel out of place even though it has a very interesting concept. really needs more interleaving between sections of the song
