Does sound like a mission....but if a full free day, you can do it. I know many who take a day trip to Palm Springs just for the casinos from LA.

I purchased flights for my gf and I for $640 total with taxes. Priced it and it was a good deal with AA. Will keep my options in mind if I decide to return next year.

Well, decided to split from the house on Sunday and did LA. Missed the Tupac thing but oh well. Did everything I wanted to with just the gf and myself.

glad you had fun, it's too bad you missed snoop/dre's set, it was hands down the best set all weekend and the best show i've ever been do, by far
