Very rarely a derivative work goes down in history, let alone from the scene as small and constrained as this one. I don't even think their first two albums went down in history, except (dub) techno one. It's like a sludge metal masterpiece for example - music world won't suffer any kind of impact from it, no matter how good the record actually is.
And yeah, I liked both of his previous albums. Same thing with Echospace as well. I actually think that they are, together with The Black Dog, most consistently good techno producers these days. But I have no illusions of their (recent - in the case of TBD) work having any kind of historical value.
