Ok there "Gera", I am glad you listen, Like the good little boy you are.
PS: Wannabee producers, & djs, who are wearing sunglasses in clubs, in their souncloud pics, should not talk about underground music.

Farina is definitely one of the most entertaining DJs to watch spin.

What does this even mean?
You are making this statement based off of one song from a video off of Youtube. Have you even seen him play live?
This was an outdoor pool party during the day. This is an appropriate song to play for that atmosphere, and should not take away from his credibility.
I have seen Farina play some of the most warped, mind-bending sets that rival any heavy weight DJ like Sasha, Digweed, etc. Farina is on the A-list. When he's on, dance music doesn't get much better that.

You are taking what I said out of context. Please stop implying that I know nothing about Farina because that isn't the case. I haven't even given my opnion on him as a DJ in this thread nor have I discussed his career or how versitile of a DJ he is ( I don't know if it was directed at me but I never discussed his credibility either but for the record I have a great deal of respect for him and simply posting that video was in no means intended to be a cheap shot at him). The point I refered to is that judging from what I've heard from him (which once again, doesn't seem to be any more/less commercial than the vid I posted which could mean a possible change in musical direction although that remains to be seen) is not material which a top 40 crowd would find to be particular for the patrons and therefore is a very sad move on part of the club to find him inappropriate for the night. In fact, I'd say Farina being the veteran that he is would be smart enough to look around and appropriately choose what would be right for the patrons at that time and blend it into his signature sound.
Does this clarify my postion? I didn't intend to start an argument over this.

Decent read on the growing divide between the long existent scene and the new one.

hahah who are u to call anyone a "wannabeee producer"
post some of ur tracks!
I do not make music. I am a DJ, I play music, not my own, so I am a good judge at identifying wannebee producers, & other djs. The guys that take their styling tips from MTV, & Jersey Shore, like your friend, are some of the funniest.
