Everyone's behaviour changes every now and then. His is probably prone to changing a bit more when he's tired or just sad about life in general, apparently, just like all of us.
And, if I were JBJ, I would probably have had second thoughts after posting the thread. L4C knew how to push people's buttons with his delusions of grandeur, and it's only natural he felt a bit proud to discover what L4C was up to... but then you ask: How sad is it that he actually felt the need to create an awesome persona online? Should we really feel glad to find out who he really is, or should we feel bad he was a twisted underachiever who wanted to feel better about himself?
After giving it some thought, I find it hard to not stick with the second option.
