יא אללה אני מקווה שיהיה בסדר
אני מכיר את התופעה הזאת אני מדריך עלייה את החובשים ...

קוראים לזה
SIMPLE PNEUMO THORAX

יענו חזה אוויר פשוט

זה באמת קורה בעיקר לגבוהים ורזים (כמוני) ועישון גם
יכול לגרום לזה ...
זה לא בדיוק חור בריאה חבר'ה - זה כאילו יש לנו ריאה
ובין הריאה לצלעות בית החזה יש לנו שתי קרומים - חיצוני
ופנימי ... לקרומים קוראים קרומי הפלאורה ... קיצר
מה שקורה זה בדרך בגלל לחצי אוויר ובאמת כמו שאורן אמר
מגע של הריאה וכו' גורם לקרע של הקרומים האלה
וזה ממש לא טוב אבל יש ניתוח שעושים אם המצב לא משתפר .

קוראים לו ניתוח טרוקר - פשוט מנקזים את האוויר .
ואורן - אל תדאג זה לא אמור להיות כואב ובטוח שבסוף
גם יהיה בסדר ולא תצטרך את זה ...

ANYWAY
סורי על ההרצאה הזאת ...
יש עוד פול חומר על הפגיעה הזאת שאני מעביר ...

אני מקווה שתרגיש טוב אחי ושבאמת תבוא למפגש ביום
שבת עוד שבוע וחצי
יום שבת בערך ב2-3 ככה בצהריים
