Not a specific tune for me either,
but I heard this Paul van Dyk set once, I cant remember the name, but that was a start,
and then when I heard DJ Tiesto @ Trance Energy 2000, OMG, that made me know that I wanted to spin Trance more than any other music!

definitely balearic bill - destination sunshine (Dj Tiësto Power remix) that tiesto spun at trance energy in 2000 i think its the most uplifting track i ever heard. i also have to say rank 1 - airwave........

i dont really know, at first i started listening to happy hardcore, but that was only for like a few months, then i found trance, i think some of the first stuff i got was

talla vs taucher - together (sean dexter remix)
matt darey - liberation (matt darey remix)
system f - out of the blue
blank and jones - cream

but the song that made me fall in love was out of the blue
