well then lemme reiterate... we found that a country's talent and love of soccer is highly synonymous with their love of trance. now this is not to say that it applies to EVERY country .. it's just that the nations that are crazier into soccer always seem to be the ones who love trance parties..

just look at all the people around this board who like soccer and what countries they are from .. predominatly Europe, Asia, and South America .. most of the Canadians like hockey , this poll wasn't posted in the US forums so we can't get an overall clear picture ..

this year's World Cup was a good example of that .. unfortunately Holland not in the tournament does make the theory a little off beat, but it's not to say that Holland won't be back for 2006 !

I only play soccer. I've tried other sports when I was younger.
Soccer is the only sport that creates a similar feeling that I get from a rave.

The game has no breaks for 45 minutes. No commertials breaks, no protection for your body, and no timeouts. Like it puts you in a position where it is only you, and the ball. And its great. The ball, and the playing field with your teamates, turns into a 3-d world inside your head, where you can control the ball to any extent that your mind can imagine. Only thing is, you have to be in shape for that.

It really challenges me, and the bonuses from it are great.

When I play soccer I dont wear shin guards. Only when its competitive, then I have to wear shin guards because of the safety rules.

I have to admit, when a player misses the ball with his foot and hits you in the shin, it hurts like b*.
People usualy learn to dodge the other player's uncontrolable foot.

then perhaps Trance and soccer are similar because both have buildups when everyone anticipates for something big .. like a goal or a breakdown in a track heh.. could explain things ..

yup,

and another thing, there is no break for 45 minutes. For those 45 minutes you escape reality and concentrate at the task at hand, or let the task at hand take you over. Whatever you want.

When the ref blows his whisle 3 times to indicate the end of a halftime, everyone on the field becomes confused, and wonders why the ref has stopped a game, like the end of a great party at 7:00 in the morning.

Hehehe
