scratch mixers are generally pretty cheap because they usually only have two channels, and no effects etc.

I didn't mean to sound arrogant in that post, but man did it come out that way. All I was saying is that these mixers are a great start for those who don't have a lot of cash and/or aren't sure they want to mix for a long time or have the cash etc.

My three choice of mixer ia Allan & Heath, DJM-600 or the Tascam X-9. They're the best sounding mixer ou there.
