Unfortunately, these have all been rejected by judges every single time they have been advanced. Ron Paul may know a bit more about American law than pkcRAISTLIN, but he is after all a doctor, not a judge or a legal scholar. But I guess law school must turn people into "sheep," too, right?

you're a true sheep if you think just because a judge says it's so, then that's some sort of indisputable truth.
like a judge or court has never had a certain ruling weighted upon them from (not so) external forces - most of the fucking people in power in the US come from a special interests background (judges included), and are there on purpose, for a purpose... laws in the US are made specifically with special interests in mind, and to trample on the rights of the 99%.
watch the documentary hot coffee and gimmie your thoughts then. john grisham wrote a book based on it (and appears in the doc itself)
