Wouldn't this be counter-productive in China? I thought Jay said that a Chinese person that hits someone with their car is likely to make sure that person dies so that the payment to that person's family is lower (I forget the dollar amount, tens of thousands I think) vs paying for the injured person's care for life

In Russia it is common for drivers to have dash cams so that they don't get their insurance canceled or jacked up when a scam artist with 30 pillows taped to him takes a strategic jump into their windshield and gets easy money.

Well, there is a segment of the population that is brilliant, connected, real mensa candidates and rich.

Dude, I almost puked in the McDonald's drive through last week. Placed my order then pulled back around so I could use the washroom. I was concerned I might lose the urge once I got in there, but that was quickly nulled when the one stall was occupied by some woman with a case of the squirts, and the remaining toilet I had to use had a huge fucking log in it. And it wasn't just floating there either, it was stuck to the inside of the bowl with a shit scrape behind it where it had already clearly been flushed, unsuccessfully.

Was so glad I ordered a McFlurry after all that.
