I find that the stuff I think about right before I sleep tends to be the subject matter of my dream... so what if I think about a piece of paper that says "HEY! THIS IS CONSIOUS MATT! YOU ARE DREAMING YOU DUMB FUCK! GO FIND SOME DREAMWORLD CHICKS!" right before I sleep... and then maybe I pull the piece of paper out of my pocket during the dream.... I dunno |
didn't work for me
i've been trying to record my dreams for a year now, i even have a deadjournal specifically for dream entries. it's much harder to write dreams down when you're in school, because you're too tired in the evening and don't remember the dreams when you wake up, and if you do, you don't have much time to record them. and then during the course of the day you either forget the details or are too lazy / tired to write... but now since i'm on summer vacation, i'm going to be doing it again.
that's the first thing about lucid dreaming - you have to be able to remember them. otherwise, what's really the point? i'm sure all of us lucid dream sometimes, only we don't remember.
but if you want a few quick tips on how to start, here they are:
*record your dreams. try to remember all the details. remember that you ALWAYS dream, several (3-6) times a night
*practice the following: during the course of the day look at a clock, note the time, and then look back again and see if anything changed. write something on a piece of paper and then read it a few times. notice if there's anything weird, like letters jumping or whatever. in our dreams we usually can't read or things just don't say the same. if you create this habit in yourself, it'll be easier to identify if you're in a lucid dream. see, in our dreams we believe EVERYTHING, because our minds think it's real. taste, smell, touch, etc. - everything is simulated by our minds as electrical impulses
*if you're in a lucid dream and you seem to be waking up, try to spin around in your dream. that usually helps
remember though, lucid dreaming is not that easy to achieve - heck, i've been trying for a year now... but i'm not giving up, i've had some wonderful dreams and i'm glad i remembered & recorded them

yeah sleep paralasis
is that where you suddenly wake up after a nightmare or scary dream, and you cant move your body for a brief time. Apparently you just lie there
and your trying 2 move your body but you just cant do it, because
your body is trying 2 adjust to being awake again.
I would hate that 2 happen 2 me, imagine that just lying there in
the dark scared shitless and not being able 2 move after a nightmare.
I had a sexual dream, it was about 2/3 years ago. it was FANTASTIC!
this isnt the dream but me and 2 of my mates were at a club in town about 3 years ago and we met up with my ex girlfriend also my mates current girlfriend and some of her mates.
NE way the dream i had was based sort of on that night out.
I was sat there on one of the couches (the club was quite shitty)
and this gorgeous looking girl just came up 2 me, she had strawberry blonde hair and was wearing a red skirt outfit which showed off all her curves she just leant over with her clevage in my face and started snog me, i couldnt believe my luck .
all of a sudden she started 2 take my clothes off!, i remembered i could see other ppl dancing, drinking and talking all around.
then in a split second all that was gone.....
we ended up in this double bed, everying was happening slow, which was good, then there was the foreplay, i dont remember much of it!
hands were going everywhere but slowly, i still couldnt believe my luck. then she was ontop of me then we started to have sex it was so good then i woke up, with the gentlemans early morning thing!!! aint had a dream like that since

I have some trance-related dreams:
The first is about Tiesto, he and I went ski-ing, and I must say: he was very good! Afterwards we chilled in some chalet and the funny thing is, when you dream about it it doesn't feel weird: just ski0ing with Tiesto, that's all. But when you wake up, you think how amazing that would be.
Second dream: I was ont the beach, Bloemendaal or something and Armin just played at a part there. Everyone was gone, and he was sitting there. He was cooking an egg, and I wanted him to sing that egg for me, and.....he did I felt really honoured and then it ended....
