hells yea...there's a nice place on the water in ft. lauderdale that has alaskan king crab legs for like $20 per leg. lol SO good and they're hUGE

I ate the most amazing sandwich after work. Roast pork and gravy on a buttered up bun, was mouth-wateringly good, nothing like sinking your teeth into something like that after 5 hours of working with food while hungry.

Damnit, makes me hungry just thinking about it. Going to have to drop by that place next time I'm in the city and have another.

in the UK we have some of the best meat in the world, from scotland to england to wales, so most of my meals will involve some of the following

scottish beef (aberdeen angus is the best in the world)
welsh lamb
chicken
turkey

and the exception, Danish Pork

when you have food this good, it needs almost no special shit. no fancy sauces, no fannyarsed mayo, ketchup, brown sauce etc. Just seasoning and a small bit of herbs, for example sage for chicken & pork, mint with lamb.

Add to this the best fresh vegetable & salad in the world too.

cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery, raddish, onions, chives, watercress, peppers, chinese leaves, carrots, cauliflower, sprouts, green beans, kidney beans, brocolli, leeks, peas, apples, oranges, strawberries, kiwi fruit, melon, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, gooseberries, grapes, rhubarb & then some of the more exotic fruits like Mango, Papaya, Pineapple, passion fruit, pommegranate, starfruit. there's really no need to do anything fancy at all, just cook well or prepare well and enjoy. Good examples include

chicken & leek pie in a creamy sauce
steak & mushroom pie
pork chops
pork loin roast
lamb in leek gravy
beef with slow roasted vegetables
chicken wrapped in bacon
steak & onion baguette


I really hate people who throw shit like mayo or vinegarettes on stuff though, mustard, horseradish, it's all shite. You just can't beat quality ingredients

it's not a bias, it's a fact Of all the countries my family have been to, australia, america, canada, spain, poland, india, portugal, france, denmark, iceland, germany, thailand, hong kong, new zealand, the only one anybody has said comes close is New Zealand which is very similar in climate to ours, with plenty of rain, wind & enough sun.
