you see the row of numbers in the top of the FX window, click on them, they are particular FX tracks, you can assign different channels to them in the channel serttings window, the number dial in the top right hand corner (i believe ) does it

are you sure about that?
because my channel's fx says "1" and I activate the 1st FX in the FX browser, but that still affects ALL the channels...
Also another question: In my Playlist, I need to insert a new pattern between existing ones. How do I "move" them to rhe right and make room for a new pattern? I've tried dragging around, left- and right-clicking, doesn't work...

Eugene, the FX1 is affecting all channels in your song cuz its the default FX track for all channels u create. Either u change all channels FX track to another track, or u start making effects in your song in decrasing track number, like, start on the FX 16 and try to aways leave the FX1 track empty for the channels u dont want any effects.
For the playlist thing, either click the fruitys main manu and look for the "pattern" sub menu that has that options, or u click SHIFT+CTRL+INSERT to create a new one above the selected pattern, or SHIFT+CTRL+DEL to delete it, or SHIFT+CTRL+C to duplicate it (Piano Roll is not duplicated, u need to copy/paste it)
