Well,if this isn't the best thread on the forums in a while,I don't know what is! Good to have you on board,Dave.
Needless to say,I'm the next in line of admirers of your work.Summer Calling is one of the best vocal tunes ever within the trance/prog genre IMO,and all the remixes all have one thing in common:they're all amazing.Mindcircus,Jewel,Southern Sun,Duncan Sheik etc. etc.All stunning pieces of work.Keep it up!
I must however bug you about Gabriel & Dresden pres. Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes.Could you shed some light on this fantastic vocal gem of a tune?Release date, label, vocalist etc. etc.Any info is much appreciated, and I guess you have read the thread about this tune that was posted earlier. That should be enough evidence of how big an impact it has made on some of the members here.
Ok then!Looking forward to another promising Gabriel & Dresden-year

the Ivy remix i did for fun - i had heard their rendition of the cure song "let's go to bed" when i was in the virgin megastore and bought their cd. luckily there was an email address in the disc and wrote them asking if i could have the parts and they gave them to me. i had been talking to shawn king for a few months about a collaboration and this was our first thing. the band loves the mix but doesn't know if any of the labels who release thier records would be into putting out a mix.
you can email them to find out what the story is: TheBandIvy@aol.com is the email address.
josh and i are definitely going to play together in the future as dj's.
i'm on a high on a high there's nothing more to it!

the brits pronounce josh's last name "gah-bree-el" and markus learned about us from a brit (graham gold) so that's probably where it comes from.
