I think u see less Hooligans on soccer games, cause alot of teams have spent tones of money on security systems and camreas to catch the bad guys, this stuff wasn`t available like few years ago and the laws were less strict then they are now, tho there are riots u here about from time to time, tho the World Cup in 2006, in Germany, will be sweet hope that Poland makes it to it, and Canada well they su*k....and i would like to see them quilfy for it, tho they have to win against Trinidad and Tobago so yeah it will be a while still until they quilfy, to the World Cup.
Tomasz Radzinski is not Canadian, so what he has a Canadian passport and stuff, i still see him as a polish player, to bad his is playin for Canada and not Poland, he could easily quilfy probably for Poland`s National Team

RUBBISH!
The game vs. Trinidad was the biggest robbery perpetrated on Canadian soil, you’d remember York score on a bollock unanticipated counterattack right after all of Canadian players rushed the ref who gave us a free kick right outside of T&T's box for a flagrant handball that was perpetrated by a Trinidadian defender 2 meters inside the penalty box.
The only difference now is that half of Canada’s team plays in some of Europe’s best leagues and that our U21 players are signing contracts one after another all across the old continent. Do names like Deguzman, Nsaliwa, Hume and Belotte ring a bell? It might be sooner that you think that Holger can count on our own Olisadebe. I suggest you do some research posting your pink construal, and show some goddamn respect to the country that’s given you everything. You’d think by having Tomasz lead our front line you’d have the Polish community support the football cause in this country?!? Comments like yours just make me sick to my stomach and I probably haven’t been living in Canada nearly as long as you…
FORZA RADZINSKI!

FORZA RADZINSKI! |
Yes I remember what has happened in that game, they were showin hightlites of that game the next day for whole day and talkin about what has happened in that penalty box. What about the Owen H. can`t spell his last name to well, why did he picked England as his home nation, tho as I recall he was born, in Canada, cause most players see its easier to get into the big thing as is World Cup thru better countires, and cause Radzinski played for Canada`s Under-21 team or somethin like that he decided as well he can play here then anywhere else that is for Canada, and I`m not blaming him, who knows how he would turned once he stayed in Poland. We have/had like second best team or was second best under-19 team in Europe in 2000, as I`m not mistaken, cause we have placed second in U-19 tournament, and many of these players that played in that finals now just sit and not play in their clubs, tho there are some exceptions.
Well you asked me about players like Julian de Guzman - Hannover 96 (Bundesliga), he is only 22 so yeah, there might be a big future for him. Nsaliwa as I recall last time played in some second bundesliga team. Hume second division in England. But I would say there are better players then the four u named if everythin will go well. Maycoll Canizalez - Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) or Richard Hastings Graz AK (Austrian First Division).
Cheers.
And may I ask since when are u in Canada

Discojoe: Preach it, brotha'. But what is melandragem?
E*master: Know that I hold you in the highest respect when I say this, but your arguments hold about as much water as a rabid, drunk and incontinent chipmunk's bladder.
I agree that Rugby is a rougher sport than Hockey for sure, but we aren't comparing Hockey to Rugby, we're comparing it to SOCCER (I refuse to call it "futbol", we already HAVE a sport with that name). Your soccer players never even get touched on the field, and maybe the fans riot but have you ever seen one of the players doin' it?
| quote: | | Hooliganism (the basis of soccer rioting) involves not just trashing shit but bare knuckle street brawling with the opposing teams fans. Simple as that. Like I said, that pussy Riot they had Couver a while back was nothing! |
BARE KNUCKLE eh? Well isn't that special. You mean they don't even wear gloves!? See comment above about players vs. Fans.
| quote: | | Soccer fields are over 3 times Bigger than a hockey rink. Your hokcey athetes would be so out of breath just trying to go back and forth on a soccer field. Less canuck beer next time, eh? Socce players can Run that field for over 90 minutes no sweat. Hockey players would bloody die. |
Does anyone think this is a valid comparison? First of all, hockey players SKATE. If soccer players had to SKATE, they'd be in a bloody crippled heap on the ground, that is if they managed to stop shivering from the cold. Putting all of that aside, hockey is supposed to be a fast-paced game - Soccer players have endurance on the field but that really has very little to do with this whole discussion.
| quote: | | As is aid beofre. U just don;t like the sport cause Canadians are shit at it. |
Canadians are shit at a lot of things, not least of which is basketball, but there are still lots of fans... Canadians are also good at Curling, but how many fans of that do you see from day to day? Yeah, that's what I thought.
Sheesh, I'm not even a fan of Hockey, but this soccer discussion is nothing short of ridiculous.
As for that "still OWN U as a colony" garbage, I won't get into how much you sound like American Jimmy Bob Cletus (i.e. hick). So a big "STFU" goes out to you for that one.
