The tifo scene is on the rise on this continent, there's HUGE potential! Several MLS Ultras firms are quite respectable, I remember the Chicago Ultras site, [www.firultras.com] which had some unfuckingbelievable pics, I only wish they were still online. I couldn't believe what I was seeing on this side of the pond. The baseball-like atmoshpehere days are over and it's about time! The tifo revolution has started

I've never heard American fans chanting, at least not in American football. Is the "soccer" scene different?

english ppl should work on getting their culture back, and stop having those rediculess pre-decided fights. Fighting should appear by feelings :P

There's too much policing in Britain nowadays, that's why hooligan firms pre-arrange fights, sometimes well away from the stadium.

Fights happen around the country quite often but they are often crushed by police pretty quickly.

evil_bastard: i know man, we are starting to get the same shit here.
it should be fights like greece and kroatia and stuff, inside the stadiums which appears by anger and such.
the pitch invasion in england - turkey was nice though

this may also be a decent time to mention that if anyone has any materials (scarves, shirts, zines, what have you) they'd want to sell/trade that i'd be interested in talking to you.

Two pitch invasions

We got a load of shit from UEFA about that though. They fined England and threatened to ban us if anything happens in Istanbul in October. The FA then withdrew England's tickets for the Macedonia and Turkey games.

All a massive over-reaction if you ask me, the guys on the pitch were just celebrating, they weren't harming anybody (although one of the Turkish players left the pitch with a black eye, which was probably from a fan ).

what we have done speaks for itself
