I called tech support and they tried to help me but weren't able to fix it. I checked the BIOS settings under IDE configuration and the hard drive will not show up. I went into the computer and changed the wires to where the hard drive connected to the motherboard and it still doesn't work. So they're gonna ship out a HD in the next few days.

and TeK so you got a warranty?? that's good! geting a new HD out of the deal is gooood. hehe. and if they don't make your model anymore...you'll get a different one, a better one.
