The only DJ I have ever witnessed to have any type of physical build would be Micro. I know the lack of built DJs obviously has a lot to do with how busy they are as they probably don't really have time to work out. Its kind of the same way in popular music. Growing up, I only remember Danzig and Henry Rollins as being the 2 big boys in the industry.

Most of them aren't that built probably since they don't sleep much..

Some hard house dj's are pretty built (but then you get fatties like spencer freeland and billy bunter)

And how can someone call 5.9 VERY short???
I'm 5.10, and 6 is considered tall, so 5.10 is short, 5.11 medium?
Nope, I see 5.8 downwards as short, 5.9-5.11 medium, 6+ tall

well everyone has relative defintions of height!
im 6'2" and my definition is you're short if i can look over you're head, you're medium-tall if i cant, and you're really tall if you're taller than me :P

But the terms tall, medium, short, etc arent based on personal opinion, they based on factual averages:

From site:

How tall are the national average height of men in America?

The average male American mens height is 177 cm, which is 69.7 inches, which is approximately 5 foot - 10 inches tall. (for white males*).
