cider: First of all, welcome to TA. Well, the thing is: there are certain things that you shouldn't ask for so openly, like mp3's (and not so often, because you actually asked for info on downloads in more than 80% of your posts ). If you want to get mp3's fine, but you'll find most answers you're looking for just using the search engine, so there's no need to keep asking for more info: it's out there already

Also, if we start talking too much about mp3 and stuff, these boards will be taken over by leechers and that's the last thing we want to happen: we're here to discuss about the music, to exchange info about it, et cetera. We love music here, and our purpose is to learn more about it and discuss what we know (not how we get).

and about Acid Junkie's post count, let's face it: if there's anyone here who teaches us about what acid techno really is, this person is A.J., TA's acid expert. Personally, everytime I needed info on acid techno, I knew I could count on him. Therefore, if his post count is really high, that's because his often sharing his knowledge with us, so it does make him special for the community in some way.

I believe you now understand what happened here and hopefully we can just forget about this incident. Once again, if you're here to talk about music, welcome aboard

i know all about leechers and that offends me to say the least ive been an active member of www.homeofmusic.com for the past 3 years and know all about them.

there was no reason for him to act the way he did he could have been as helpful as you where, and to be honest how do you find things out if you do not ask questions? hence why i asked where they get acid techno from i had never even heard oft he genre and am an avid fan of techno so the next option is to ask

i didnt realise asking qustions inanvertaintly meant you where a leecher, ill remember that next time.
