I thought Soul on Soul had terrible vocals... Tony Hadley is a much better vocalist, he did a couple of songs with Milk Inc.
I prefer futurepop (as it's called, it's basically neo-synthpop with EBM & trance influences) for male vocals.
There's some older stuff by VNV Nation...
The new Assemblage23 album is great... (esp Drive & Blind Hammer)
Then there is the odd Apop Berserk song I like, they did an excellent cover of Electricity by OMD on the "7" album.

That is the worst male vocal. If you havn't seen the video, then its a must! The blond guy that sings the vocals gives me the creeps everytime I watch that video. Even Marlyn Manson dosn't seem that bad. This Marc Almond(I presume) looks like he is in his 40's, yet has a short died blond hair + a black leather glove on one hand. What the hell was Ferry thinking????
