I probably won't record a set, just because I only can on tape now and that's pretty much useless to me anymore. Got SHOKK and The Freak today though, hopefully my Only DJs order will come tomorrow. It'll be awhile before 3rd Earth gets here though.

Still haven't got my tickets yet, and I won't be able to until late May. Buying all this shit backed me into a wall, so I have a pretty big chunk of cash I need to come up with to pay bills this month

btw, about how long does it usually take an order from chemicals site to arrive?? those other records got here quick with that rush delivery, must be nice!

Chemical usually takes about 5-7 business days. Juno takes about the same, but they have the option to Fed Ex it, and it comes in 2 business days, plus it's only 5 more pounds no matter how many records you're shipping. And Only DJs takes a fuckin long time, they usually say 8-11 business days but I've had it take longer, they only way I order from them anymore is when I use DHL, the carrier service, and then it comes in 2 days but the cost is pretty good. Then again, shipping from Amsterdam is expensive anyways, so what's a couple more bucks? Only DJ's gets releases a little quicker and gets alot of limited promos, so they can be good.

haha, do your parents ever come in and tell you to keep it down?? too bad you can only record to cassette tape...hmmmm after summer i'm gonna save up for a receiver and a cd burner. after i have both of em hooked up i'm gonna record cd's all the time! mwahahhaha...after i get em pagoda you could bring some records over and record cd's too...sort of a payback for free tables and a mixer

Nice! I wanna record to cds. back when I had my old car I had a tape deck, and I would record a new set every time I got records, that's almost all I would listen too. Now the new car only has a cd player though, so I'm sol.

No they never tell me too, it's a free for all until they go to bed at about 10, then I have to turn it WAY down since we have paper thin walls my room's right next door. It sucks though, I always get in the mood to spin late at night, never in the morning or afternoon when I'm off from work. It's always at 11:00 and later when I really want to start to pound the walls, but I can't. So when I get a chance to spin out, I do like a 5 or 6 hour set, and just bang it relentlessy as long as I can. Those are some good times, I wanna get some new high powered speakers to really destroy my house, mine start to distort way to early for my tastes

haha, i know the feeling of late night loud trancing...thats why its so pimp living with people that stay up till 2am along with you i think i'm gonna get the same speakers mindshifter has when i move...yamaha's. theyre only 100, they can get pretty damn loud too so its good! i prob wont need anything stronger as i'll be living an apt next year if i got bigger speakers id def have neighbors complaining nonstop

Mine can go pretty loud too, now I have 4 speakers, 2 old Technics and some other brand I got for free, they can pound my house pretty damn well. I'm talking about knocking shit off walls without distorting though, that's what I want. I want to be able to take em outside and have it sound like Rave on the Rocks, maybe that's a bit too much to ask though

It sucks, my mom never goes on vacations and shit, she such a damn homebody, it sucks! My friend's (who refused the tables) parents are gone every damn weekend, we could have massive parties but he's such a puss about it. He'll talk big and then back out when it comes down to actually doing something...I wish we could just have one damn massive party at his house

haha, thats prob one of the best things about living in a college town...just getting a house with your friends and throwing parties whenever you want! its especially cool right now cuz all my roomies i live with now like trance...not all of em to the degree as me, but they definitely dont care that i play trance all day every day. its sooooo much fun, well until the cops show up and you have to pay a ticket
