well...pumped up im 15ish I think...but yeah...my arms are too big for my body already so ive only been doing definition routines on them hehe

That's pretty good.

Well, I just workout for my well being, not into bodybuilding at all.

Same here.
Looks like I'll have to stop at current weight I do biceps with.
I don't want any bigger biceps, because they will look funny/weird on my 133 lbs, 5'9'' body.
