It is not my style. Nice graphics but the enviroment is kinda scary imo. Give it a try, most people out there seem to like it.

I agree with you about this being a frustrating game... I also turned the game off and never returned to it (fortunately it was only rented). Although, I'll say I found the controls to be great once you got used to them... with the different levels of violence and how long you hold the button. Pretty straght forward, but takes some practice. I can't stand games that give you only one path to complete a level...

Personally, if a game scares the crap out of me, it's a keeper. I defintely need to get it. Also, a LOT of people who have played have said it's awesome. Barely a negative remark about the game, so that's even more + points for me.
