They do. "I dinnae ken tha'!" is the phonetic spelling of "I didn't ken that", "ken" being a slang term for "know".

Well, I like some Manga and 'Chibi' (Cutsie Japanese Art) so I pick up some random words from that. I know bits of other languages too, but I'm not fluent in anything yet (apart from my own of course).
