What surface do you run on? Concrete and such? Dirt and grass are always best, and easier on the feet and joints. I don't use a brace, nor can I recommend you one. I suggest getting a referral to an orthopedist from your doctor and ask for custom fit supports or braces for your knees. Also, Custom fit running shoes, though expensive, are worth the cost if you care about your feet, knee's, hips, and back (Which are all effected by your posture, which is determined by your feet!)
