hmmm. im not a fan of movies that require the ending to make the film. if a movie isnt enjoyable on a scene-by-scene basis, whats the point? a psychological thriller that plays on the "what the fuck is going on" factor without making any genuine effort to scare or thrill the viewer.

yes, the ending was rather cool and made the film a whole lot better, but that doesnt make up for the remainder of this average flick.

2 personalities out of 5.

Watched The Jacket.. mainly because it has a decent cast (Adrien Brody, Keira Knightley, Kris Kristofferson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Daniel Craig) & a friend told me it was a headcase of a thriller/horrorish storyline plus you get to see Keira Knightley's baps (briefly).

Story was pretty original even if unbelievable, acting not too bad either.

Three window licks out of five.

The jacket is good.. I liked it

PS tathi, have seen the older star wars. the newer ones never 'grabbed' me..

and when I say grabbed, I mean much like PKC's daddy in the dark on a cold winter's night.

ahhh, late night sneaky daddy...

i like margaret and david simply coz their analysis is credible, even if i dont always agree. i mean come on- "freddy got fingered" with tom green = 0 stars? BULLSHIT!

if they both say something is excellent, it normally is. they liked superman more than i begic

yeah but they rated clerks 2.. and they rated it badly.. naturally a bunch of pompous old ****s are going to rate a movie aimed at next generation youth's humour poorly. this is why i never listen to old people; critics in the news paper or on tv or what not. i hope old newspaper and tv critics would congregate one day and be blown up with a bit of c4.
