Hehe. If so, you should set some limits.
16.5'' biceps for recreative fitness/bodybuilding is...
Well, over the limits if you ask me.
Though, if you're tall enough, it probably doesn't look too ripped.

(220 lbs. )

Yeah, what he said. My chest and other areas take longer to develop, but my arms are quicker. Maybe I should stick to a set weight, so my arms don't develop anymore?

I'm 5-10, believe me my arm's don't look "nasty," nothing like that dudes pic earlier in the thread. They aren't HUGE, I think they look nice.

True for me, but not for my friend.
My friend is 6'2'' and almost 200 lbs, and he trains with bigger weights then me at all the exercises except the ones for biceps.
Strange.

Definately do that.
Well, that's what I'll do.
I'm completely happy with my body as it is now.
Thing is, I know I can do better and look better, so that's why I'll keep training.
So far only my biceps and quadriceps grew to desired size.
I want my abs, back, shoulders, calves, triceps and chest stronger. No matter they're good anyway.

(But I can do better, so, yeah.)

I do around 33 lbs with one hand and around 61 lbs with two hands.
That goes for around 8 reps, full motion.

That's pretty good.
For someone who trains bodybuilding recreative, it's above average.
For someone who traing bodybuilding professionally, it's average.
I think.
My biceps are ~12.5''.

That's with a barbell dude lol..I wish I could do that with one hand...that's just insane!!! Do any of you take any supplements????

Well, he was fat in past, and still is a bit, but he improved a lot since he's going to gym.
His body structure is a lot stronger then mine, so that's why he can train with bigger weights than me.
But my muscles are more visible than his, and that's my advantage...

Well, that just proves your point.

i think this would be interesting...given what you know about your own measurements now and your perception of what you want to look like...

what are your goal measurements?
