21 mile ride... today, did the normal 15 (well its almost 16) and my legs were feeling awesome when I came back into the loop around the park, so I said fuck it and did the 5 mile loop for a third time.
All this leg work is making me consider buying a season pass this year for snowboarding...

My diet sucks, and probably will get worse that my mom is gone for the summer and I am cooking for myself the whole time.
I compensate by not eating a lot most of the time and spacing it out over the course of the day. I also try to ride my bike every day, but havent been keeping up on that the last few weeks (mainly due to weather). I ride 15 miles, and a lot of that is big steady climbs where I keep my heart rate up the whole time.
reduce calorie intake, continue bike riding, maybe lift some light weights if you like.
Calories per day should be around 2000 if you want to get there quick.
eating clean definatley helps too and your energy levels will go up.

Doing squats and deadlifts is really big.. If this goes up everything else goes up, along with your metabolism.

when will the m*therf*cking pain go away
I don't know what came over me and made me think it would be a good idea to use my bf's weights to intensify squats

That's normal and good. Don't let your routine go out of wack. If you have to just do a light legs day if ur still feeling recovery pain. Keep tabs on your butt. I guarantee in a couple of weeks you'll see more bulge. Remember, deep squats.

Pics of my back. Getting pretty big most of all I've gotten a lot stronger and my lower back pain has gone away thank God. Hopefully my nutrex stuff comes in next week and I can start cutting.

I've lifted 3x a week for the past 6 or 7 years. I'm using a Weider Pro Power Stack cable/pulley machine, and I've been maxed out on it for quite some time. I don't have the room, unfortunately, to set up a good bench or I would go to exclusively using free weights in my routines. I have several hex dumbbells that I use to supplement the Weider, but without a bench I can't really bulk up like I'd prefer.

free weights are gong to do it for you. that pully machine is ok for starters but your not going to get the stabilizers worked an your going to limit your growth with simple linear movements.
a gym is the best thing if you can, or maybe try p90 X if you can't get out to one.
Your muscle memory is going to kick in big time wtih that machine your using because your limited to the number of excercises you can do per muscle group

Ha ya I wish I was 200 haha I would be huge. My arms are really big I can never get the cut right under the bicep like I like. Thats why I'm waiting on some lipo 6 I would do cardio but I'm too lazy either way I am happy (for the first time in my life) with how my body looks.
