LEG PRESS IS USELESS WIHTOUT SQUATS!!!

but honestly squats will do so much more.. your glutes feel basically nothing in a leg press and your hams are only worked when you keep your feet up high in your stance. I guess your getting your glutes via lunges but still squats are the ultimate.
