it depends really. when there are two same cards on the board, it's a good spot to bluff regardless of what you hold depending on other circumstances (loose v. tight game, how many players you have in the pot, etc).

well the whole thing with bluffing is just knowing when to do it. know the players you're playing with and how they are playing. adjust your game according to that.

frequency of bluffing is also an important factor. You want to bluff at a certain percentage so you throw your opponents off guard and make it profitable in the long run.
