well im eating really well. there is only a 500 caloric deficit that im instituting for fat loss, but im still eating 2500-2600 calories. i usually go three workouts all out and the 4th one i back off and do lighter weights- to switch it up a bit. i was thinking that might be why i cant get past the 65's but it makes no sense cuz shoulder work is teh only thing being affected...
