plus a fucking million, I cant stand it when every dude with a gut furiously does crunches like he's a hero, eats like shit, and wonders why no results show.
With what jenny said, I fully agree. Yoga done intensely can really do a number on your abs(compared to isolated ab movements), and it is a much more fun process(especially if there are fine chicas in your studio )
