That's kinda BS cause the majority of legit bootleggers will be using much better equipment than their phone. This would only really hurt people taking videos for personal enjoyment. But either way I'm sure if they toss it on as a feature it'll just be 1 more reason to jailbreak.

Apple has accidentally leaked a new 'Automatic Download' feature that is likely coming in iOS 5.

A MacRumors reader discovered the following statement on iTunes' update page:

Or if your device has Automatic Download enabled for apps, your updates will download to your device without having to sync.

This capability doesn't exist in iOS yet. Currently you have to sync or download app updates manually through the App Store.

Further confirming the slip-up, Apple has now deactivated the Updates page in iTunes.

I'm hoping for no widgets for iOS 5, we've all done it back in the 2.0 days and the amount of poor batt life + poor performance is not worth it. That's the main key way Android's OS doesn't run as smooth as iOS, even when it's fully stock with any 3rd apps installed.

Only thing they need to change, is the lockscreen (lock info and intelliscreen type of display) and the notifications, which everyone is crying about (I do like the current ver)

Why don't you stay with Android and also stay in your android thread to help up your community.

The Nexus S 1 & 2 are now facing hardware limitations, one is too old and the other one just has some odd specs for this time period.

Diff CPU essential; both are Arm Crotex A8, but the IP4 A5 custom that's stripped down and minus all the junk.


When I mean old specs, the Nexus S was released in March 2011 and compared to other Android phones released at the same time frame ... It should of been more impressive IMO.

If that was the case, most Android users wouldn't be debating between this and the other units. Impressive hardware vs proper + efficient firmware update.

One thing what is the use to have cloud based music, when you have space 16+ gb of space for music?

Reason I ask is Google just released their Music Beta and Apple will most likely launch iCloud on monday. Don't get me wrong it is an interesting idea, but I do not see the use. True, you can stream your music anywhere you have a WiFi or network connection but I still do not see the purpose of using bandwidth.

I guess you can use the iCloud or Google Music Beta on a laptop if you don't want to store music, but thats just me. Plus iCloud might have one more advantage over Google Music, being able to store files (*.pdf, *.mov and so on)

I've heard rumblings that iCloud bandwidth to iOS devices could be considered "free" at a later date - though this is totally feasible, I can't see carriers agreeing to this. Would be damned sweet though.
