ps. lebez, since your an intellectual being you can probably give me a few examples of when & where to use 'who's' and 'whose'?
lol @ "intellectual being"
"Whose" is possessive and indicates a relationship between subject and object. For example:
Whose potatoes are these?
John, whose potatoes have gotten soggy, is upset.
"Who's" is a contraction for who is. Example:
Who's coming to the roller derby on Friday?
Jane, who's going to college next year, is really dreamy.

No problem! It's worth mentioning that even native English speakers mess that one up all the time.
Same with "its" and "it's" and "your" and "you're", where the same relationships apply.

you wrote the rules, you can view it on the previous page and judge yourself. To me it seems like he forfeited nearly 24 hours after guessing. A can if not a 6-pack of whoopass is apt

Well, I guess you're right since I did write them, I just hate being the bad guy.
I suggest he loses his points and starts from zero, should be punishment enough(?). So he's removed from the list but can start over if he wants to. If anyone of you thinks that this is not enough and he has to be dq'd completely, say so and we'll have a quick vote or something.
Someone take his turn and carry on.
