gestern am Tag 7 Stunden geschlafen und heute Nacht auch nochmal ca. 8 ......... habe ich wohl gebraucht

Gestern waren es bei mir nur 3 Stunden. Heute bin ich nach 7 Stunden Schlaf relativ fit. Heute wird es auch wieder später. Bin in Köln im Stadion.
