Who is Starkid?

Can someone tell me if there is a clean rip out for ozgur can's summer sessions set? Mine skips twice during the Britney Spears - Breathe on me (James Holden Vocal mix) at exactly 28 mins and a little further. Maybe a bad stream or something???
