hey floorfiller, those super lunges you reccomended absolutely killed me lol. i had to take a day off work cause i couldnt walk properly. but it was worth it!
anyways, you guys should know since ive been taking the NO2, and this other product by SAN, called fuel injection v-12 tricreatine malate i have been getting some serious pumps at the gym. by the time i finish my workout my body feels amazing. every muscle i work on swells up and stayes that way for a few hours. this creatine is great too... no carbs or sugar, plus you dont get the "bloated" feeling of retained water.
i just need to get a digital camera to post some updates, spring aint too far away, and i got some ways to go before i hit my workout goals.
ive started another routine, what do you guys think?
day1 chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms
day2 legs, stomache, neck
day3 off
day4 back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms
day5 legs, stomache, neck
day6 off
day7 chest etc...
i call it the get big quick, or die trying routine
