My body is still wrecked from horsing around in the pool on Saturday. My back is all torn up from doing backflips off Jimmy's shoulders, lol. Like right in the middle, where I've never really felt back pain before. My shoulders and traps are pretty sore too.
So yeah...feeling pretty lazy today. But I WILL make it to the gym. Later.

I set a PR for my mile run the other day after not being able to run for a few weeks cause I fucked my ankle up. It still hurts but only if I plant and pivot.

I think I should be able to run tomorrow after throwing my back out Friday. Going to wait on doing any leg exercises with weights for another week or so.
