To his defense, Trump didn't even really look like a bum.

Yea but I'm 197cm (6'5"), I have to be that weight
Kinetic - *sigh* I just don't know where to begin with you...

I'm right on six foot and I weigh 73 kgs. My body fat is around 3% and I don't look anywhere near as muscled as you do. In fact, I would consider myself very lean-looking. If I had to guess I would have said you were closer to 80 or 85 kgs.

Ah, you obviously don't see or talk to a lot of bodybuilders. I move around that kind of people frequently so I can guess other people's weight more accurately and I'd never give myself more than 75 kg based on what I look like.
You don't have 3% body fat. You can't have 3% body fat. Professional bodybuilders have 4-5% on stage after months of preparations, rigorous dieting, cardio and dehydration.
People who are extremely skinny or very cut (but not for stage) usually have 7-8% body fat. I'd say I have around 10-11% right now, but that's just a guess.
Edit: This is probably the lowest body fat % ever achieved:
Found that article kind of interesting. Apparently weightlifting leads to a long term rise in systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure, and to stiffening of the arteries, all risk factors for heart problems. Of course doing cardio will to some extent counteract those effects, as it generally leads to lower blood pressure and more flexible arteries. May be a bad idea for long term health to do weight training and nothing else, though.

oh yeah i think i mentioned that before, yeah you could probably even gain 25lbs and not look heavy. when you are that tall can you comfortably do anything in the gym other than running? anyway good luck with the cardio...i hate cardio but it must be done

Best aerobic exercise for maximized fat loss and minimized muscle loss is fast running on empty stomach.

Oh man...so lazy and unmotivated these days. I've gone from 3-4 times a week to 2-3, lol. But I guess that's better than nothing. I'm just waiting on my sister to get back to me with a new program. Really need to do something new/different!

Don't judge a book by its cover.
Many professional bodybuilders do exactly that because it works great and it's far better for your knees than running.
It's intensive enough to burn fat, especially on empty stomach, but your heart rate can't go high enough to get you in catabolic state.

i'm confused, how is running fast on an empty stomach better for your knees than running? it's not a different exercise, you are still running. i don't doubt it's effectiveness but i don't like running and running plus going fast while you are hungry sounds like it sucks for me.
