It's a good thing that we are liberating the Iraqi's and getting rid of Saddam, however, I think we've made a mistake. This whole war was not About freeing the Iraqi people. It's (supposedly) more about Weapons of Mass Destruction. So far we've found none. Don't you think if Saddam had any, he might have used tehm by now? sure, you can say he's hiding them, just to make America look bad in the eyes of the world, but when you think about the type of leader Saddam is, I would highly doubt that. He really doesn't care about what people think of his regime of if the world hates the US or not. All Saddam cares about is surviving and staying in power, therefor, would do anything he could to defend his regime, IE nuking us.
Unfortunately, North Korea is more dangerous now than it ever has been, but since we've already made ourselves look like arrogant agressors by attacking Irag, disarming North Korea with any international support would be practically impossible. they are the biggest threat to the world. Had the US gone to the U.N. asking for aid in the disarmorment of North Korea, we would not have nearly the global opposition as we do now. In short, North Korea will be a serious problem in the near future, but because we've created such a big mess with this Iraq situation, we won't be able to do anything about it, short of having the whole world hating us. I truly dislike president Bush. In a way, I'm hoping we don't find any weapons of mass destruction there, so he will lose credibility and not get re-elected. Maybe then we might find someone who can solve economic woes without bloodshed.
Now back on topic. I think PvD should be allowed to express his oppinion however he wants. Also, I don't think PvD's gonna be losing any sleep over the fact that some immature punk called him gay .
