I came into tranceaddict as a tottal baby i knew nothing other then sound. ididn't know who pvd was or tiesto. i didnt know who scott project, judge, piccot, lady dana or anything at all . i figured ok i see ppl posting what they are listing too so then why dont i just download all this stuff and get a sense for my self. <<
as i was in chat ppl would always w00t for Judge, Pvd, and Tiesto...they knew i was new to trance so they always tried pushing their likes towards me so i that i could like the dj's...
so as curiosity took my mind i downloaded their tracks.. I tell you (i'm sorry if i'll offend some ppl but this is my HONEST opinion to the matter and plzz dont use this against me in any sort of way ) I Cannot stand the way they spin.. I had approximately 26 live sets and tracks from pvd that i've collected in a 6 month time and never listened too .. i finally took the time to listen to them.. i thought i was going to throw my puter out the window..

my point is that ppl say some djs are great but untill you really get a taste for your self and wot you like u shouldn’t' be obliged to listing to what ppl say and force down your throat

it took me about a year to really get the feel for trance to set my own style of what I really like.. and to tell u the truth the stuff that I like.. is the stuff that people say “WHO IS THAT? I never heard that name before” or “ oh ya.. I think I know who u are talking about “

I believe that there are others like me who actually might say “oh yes I like this and that” but really they are only experimenting with what they truly like… so they can get the general gifz of the muzik.

julie u are soo right!! people judge before they know whats going on !! they gotta get a feel for the music and tunes and then they can decide whether or not they like it! With Experience its the best way to judge most people dont know whats goin on but they go along with wot other people like!!
