I don't know why I got so angry over something stupid like that,it's just that I have never been more passionate about something in my entire life. I have never bashed techno or any other genre, I actually like techno more then prog or house. I was wondering if anyone could post a few good techno tracks from this year? I actually want to start listening to more techno... like bryze said

Juno.. right on! I don't see why people have to be so elitist or purist or whatever have you about their musical tastes. Saying trance is better than techno is like saying the way I drink my beer is better than the way you drink yours. Or saying the way I walk is better than the way you walk. Your taste in music is so unique to you that while many people may share your tastes, you'll still have one song that you think is killer and someone else thinks is ass. Let it go.
Personally I'm on board with Juno.. listen to it all. When you find a tune that makes you want to go groove out on the dancefloor isn't that's all that is important regardless of producer/dj/genre? Last weekend I was at a local club, the dj was doing hip-hop (blah) and just all the sudden for the hell of it threw on some punk music. I absolutely loved it for the sake of a change of pace. After that he went into some techno/house music and I just went with it. Whatever.. as long as it's still fun, then have fun dammit.
